2. The personal data we collect

We only collect the information we need to respond to you and to deliver the cleaning services you request. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Property and service details – the address of the property to be cleaned, the type and frequency of service, preferred dates and times, additional services, property size and any notes you give us (for example parking information, pets or areas to avoid).
  • Access information – instructions for accessing the property, such as key-safe arrangements, concierge details or key collection and return records.
  • Payment and transaction details – deposits, amounts paid, payment method, invoices and any optional tip. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number.
  • Communications – messages you send through our contact form, by email, telephone, text or social media, and records of complaints, feedback or guarantee claims.
  • Technical and usage data – your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website and how you interact with our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies where you have consented (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Reviews – if you leave a public review (for example on Google), we may display it on our website.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to provide, special category data (such as health information) unless it is genuinely needed – for example, if you request hypoallergenic products because of an allergy. Where you do share such information, we will use it only for that purpose and with your explicit consent.

  • From third parties acting on your behalf, such as a letting agent, landlord or property manager who books an end of tenancy or property clean for you.

5. Who we share your data with

We never sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary with:

  • Our cleaning team – the vetted cleaners assigned to your booking receive the details they need to carry out the job (name, address, access instructions and service notes).
  • Service providers who support our business, including website hosting, email and IT providers, booking and scheduling tools, payment processors and banks, and accountants. They act on our instructions and must keep your data secure.
  • Google – we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (only with your consent) and Google review widgets on our website.
  • Insurers and professional advisers where needed to handle a claim or obtain legal advice.
  • Letting agents, landlords or property managers – only where you ask us to (for example to provide an end of tenancy cleaning certificate) or where they made the booking.
  • Authorities such as HMRC, the police or regulators where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers, such as Google, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as a UK adequacy regulation (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
